FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and device for communication. Communication device comprises: a communication unit configured to communicate service information when the size of service information is less than a predetermined value in a cyclically repeated period in which a plurality of devices including a communication device transmits or receives a signal-beacon; a control unit configured to control the communication unit in order to communicate service information outside said period when the size of service information is greater than said predetermined value; and a notification unit configured to notify during said period that service information is to be communicated outside said period to another communication device which is a service information addressee among a plurality of devices when the communication unit reports service information outside said period under control of control unit.
EFFECT: reduced employment of a predetermined period for reporting service information.
