FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: alcohol-free beverages preparation composition contains sugar and a powdered flavouring agent. One uses sand sugar and powdered flavouring agent in the following ratio, wt. %: sand sugar 99.5–99.9; flavouring agent - 0.1–0.5; granulometric size of sand sugar particles is 80–120 mcm or 15–80 mcm, and flavouring agent is 8–120 mcm. Powdered fragrance is represented by natural or identical flavouring agents: apricot, watermelon, orange, pineapple, cherry, vanilla, grapes, pear, melon, wild strawberries, strawberries, lemon, lemon-lime, raspberries, mint, peach, plum, currant, Exotic fruit cocktail, blueberries, apple, thyme, bergamot, grapefruit, sage, eucalyptus, anise, tangerine.
EFFECT: technical problem is development of a range of alcohol-free beverages with various variability of taste characteristics: minimum, medium and maximum taste characteristics, based on packaged flavouring agents.
