SUBSTANCE: invention relates to winemaking industry. One proposes a sparkling wine cocktail, one portion preparation of which requires ingredients: raspberry berries, lemon juice, sugar or sugar syrup, gin, dry sparkling wine and ice cubes. Cocktail preparation method involves stirring all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes, pouring into a glass and adding dry sparkling wine with further stirring.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with increased homogeneity from completely natural components, as well as to gasify a beverage by using a natural food product.
