SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic and cosmetic surgery. Minimally invasive method of lip augmentation, according to which surgical sutures are used. First surgical suture from the point of needle 18G prick at the angle of mouth at distance of 1.5 cm on one side. Surgical suture is inserted along the line of the upper lip contour along the boundary of the red border and skin of the upper lip with a prick in a similar point on the other side. Surgical suture is introduced from the point of needle prick 18G at the level of the mouth angle at distance of 1.5 cm from one side along the line of the lower lip contour along the boundary of the red border and the skin of the lower lip with a puncture at a similar point on the other side. Needle piercing 18G is made from a point at an angle of mouth of 1.5 cm on one side and a needle is inserted along the line in parallel and 0.5 cm above the line of the upper lip contour with a puncture at a similar point on the other side. Surgical suture is used in the form of a tightly twisted micro-coil made of a copolymer of polycaprolactone and L-lactic acid.

EFFECT: method allows increasing injury safety and enlarging the application area by providing augmentation of both lips.
