FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, cosmetology and plastic surgery. First and second surgical sutures are implanted into the vermilion border. Two surgical sutures are successively implanted into the vermilion border of the lower lip, and two threads are implanted along the edge of the labial groove forming a recess between the nose and upper lip. Herewith, the first surgical suture in the upper lip is implanted horizontally passing 1 mm above the vermilion border from the prick in the lateral direction, having deviated from the commissure of the lips at the point of upper and lower closure by 3 mm, by copying the lip shape along the red border, by repeating the shape of the lip along the red border. Second surgical suture in the upper lip is implanted parallel to the implanted first surgical suture from the already injected from the opposite side, from where the first surgical suture was implanted, to the existing prick on the opposite side of the commissure, which serves as a prick for the second surgical suture. First surgical suture in the lower lip is implanted horizontally, passing 1 mm above the vermilion border from the prick in the lateral direction, departing from the commissure of the lips at the point of upper and lower closure by 3 mm, by copying the lip shape along the vermilion border, with the filament length repeating its shape. Second surgical suture in the lower lip is implanted in parallel to the implanted first surgical suture in the lower lip from the already pricked in from the opposite side, from where the first surgical suture in the lower lip was implanted, to an existing prick on the opposite side of commissure, which for the second surgical suture in lower lip serves as a prick. First surgical suture in the labial groove is implanted into one of the two upper points on the vermilion border of the upper lip along the edge of the labial groove, towards the cranial cranial neck and further towards the opposite nostril opening, under the skin with fixation in the ligament under the additional cartilage of the nose and further in the ligament to the nostril. Second surgical suture in the labial groove is implanted into the second upper point on the vermilion border of the upper lip along the edge of the labial groove towards the cranial cranial neck and further towards the opposite nostril opening under the skin with fixation in the ligament under the additional cartilage and further in the nasal ligament. Aptos Nano Spring 7 threads are used as surgical threads.
EFFECT: method allows increasing injure-safety of the intervention, effective aesthetic correction of lip borders with the effect of collagen stimulation.
