FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices-simulators and is intended for maximum loading of abdominal muscles during swimming, for entertaining and competitive swimming. Essence of invention consists in that Rocket swimming exerciser has positive buoyancy, insufficient to keep swimmer on water surface, and the handles in the form of straight tubes are fixed on the upper surface of the board above the longitudinal line of the centre of gravity of the board towards the front edge, cantilever to the plane of the board.
EFFECT: use of the proposed invention allows combining swimming with a fitness load on the muscles of the swimmer's abdominals.
