SUBSTANCE: invention relates to homogenised tobacco material and method of its production. Method of producing a homogenised tobacco material comprises producing pulp and crushing cellulose fibres to obtain fibres having an average size per unit weight of about 0.2 mm to about 4 mm; milling a mixture of tobacco from one or more types of tobacco to tobacco particles having an average size per unit weight of from about 0.03 mm to about 0.12 mm; combining cellulose fibres with tobacco particles and binder to form pulp; pulp homogenization; adding asparaginase to the pulp in an amount of approximately 0.0012 % to approximately 0.02 % by weight of the homogenised tobacco material in terms of dry weight, and forming a homogenised tobacco material from the pulp, wherein the homogenised tobacco material contains a binder in an amount of about 1 % to about 5 % in terms of dry weight.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is creation of a new method of producing a homogenised tobacco fabric for use in aerosol-generating articles, such as "heated without combustion", which would be adapted to different heating parameters and requirements for aerosol formation of said heated aerosol-generating article, wherein at the same time the acrylamide content is reduced compared to the known homogenised tobacco material and the homogenised tobacco fabric additionally must be adapted to maintenance of processes required in production.
