SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a production line of a homogenised tobacco sheet comprising: reservoir (501) configured to receive a pulp formed from a mixture of tobacco powder, a binder and an aerosol formation substance in an aqueous medium; molding device (600) configured to produce pulp from a reservoir and to mold pulp to form a homogenised tobacco material; movable conveying base (606), on which said pulp is formed and which is configured to transport homogenised tobacco material in a conveying direction; device for longitudinal cutting (611) located downstream relative to molding device, made with possibility of longitudinal homogenized tobacco material longitudinal cutting in transportation direction with formation of homogenized tobacco sheets separated into part; and reeling (613) located downstream of the longitudinal cutting device, configured to produce divided into a portion of homogenised tobacco sheets from the longitudinal cutting device and unwinding at least one of the homogenised tobacco sheets divided into part into a roll. Invention also relates to a method for in-line production of a homogenised tobacco sheet.
