SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a production line of a homogenised tobacco sheet, which comprises a reservoir configured to contain a pulp formed from a mixture of tobacco powder, binder and an aerosol formation substance in an aqueous medium; a moulding device configured to produce pulp from a reservoir and mould the pulp to form a homogenised tobacco sheet; a movable conveying base on which said pulp is formed and which is configured to transport the homogenised tobacco sheet in a conveying direction; device for longitudinal cutting located downstream relative to moulding device, made with possibility of longitudinal homogenised tobacco material longitudinal cutting in transportation direction with formation of at least two homogenised tobacco sheets separated into part; and at least two downstream crimping devices relative to the longitudinal cutting device, wherein each separating device is configured to produce one of at least two homogenised tobacco sheets separated on the part from the device for longitudinal cutting and corrugation of one of the at least two homogenised tobacco sheets separated on the part.

EFFECT: technical result consists in exclusion of rupture of homogenised tobacco material.
