FIELD: aerospace engineering.
SUBSTANCE: position of landmark and movable equipment (ME) relative to manned spacecraft (MS), position of reference point is determined relative to ME. Additionally, displaying command information (CI) of given set of turning operations ME relative to MS to achieve simulated positions ME relative to MS and determining speed and accuracy of rotation ME. Select reference point for standard operation with ME, determining current and predicted on a given time interval position parameters relative to MS, determined and reproduced CI per turn ME in determined required angular position ME. CI is determined based on rotation speed and accuracy ME. Based on results of comparison of predicted and current position parameters ME correcting rotation speed and accuracy ME. Operations are performed until required angular position is achieved ME. At the moment of coincidence of parameters determining current and required position of reference point relative to axis of orientation ME, generating a control command ME, after which actions are repeated, starting with selection of reference point.
EFFECT: accounting for speed and accuracy of turning ME while providing target control ME.
