SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering. System includes a unit for determining commands for rotation of movable equipment (ME), a unit for reproducing commands for turning the ME, a unit for determining the current position of the landmark relative to the manned spacecraft (MSC), a unit for determining the position of the ME relative to the MSC and a unit for determining the position of the landmark relative to the MSC. Additionally, a unit for formation of command information for transfer and rotation of a MSC, comprising a unit for determining commands for rotation of MSC, a unit for reproducing command information for transfer and rotation of a MSC, comprising a unit for reproducing commands for turning the MSC, a unit for determining speed and accuracy of transfer and rotation of the MSC, unit for determining current and predicted position of reference relative to MSC, comprising unit for determining current position of reference relative to MSC, unit for determining required position of ME, a unit for comparing the required and current locations of ME, a unit for determining the moments of reaching the required position of the ME, comprising a unit for determining the position of the reference relative to the ME, and an ME control command generation unit.
EFFECT: taking into account the speed and accuracy of orientation, including transfer and rotation of the ME, while simultaneously controlling the ME.
