System for navigating the manned vehicle (MV) onboard includes a unit for determining the current reference position relative to the MV, ultrasonic emitters, a temperature sensor, ultrasonic receivers, a signal conversion unit, emitters control commands generation unit, controllers, transceiving devices, signals delay time measuring unit, synchronizer, unit for determining spatial position of moved equipment (ME) relative to MV, unit for determining position of reference point relative to axis of orientation of MV. Additionally, there are a unit for setting a reference catalog, a unit for selecting the current landmark, a unit for setting the axis of orientation of the ME, a unit for displaying the position of the landmark relative to the axis of orientation of the ME, unit for setting parameters of required position of reference point relative to axis of orientation of ME, comparator unit for generation of control commands.

EFFECT: guaranteed target control of the ME functioning, which is oriented by preset reference points, is provided.
