SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for prevention of postoperative abdominal compartment syndrome. Subcutaneous fat is sutured with a continuous suture with a monofilament elastic suture. After patient's condition is stabilized, delayed restoration of integrity of abdominal wall is performed.
EFFECT: method improves effectiveness of prevention of postoperative abdominal compartment syndrome.
