FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiation diagnostics, cardiology and cardiovascular surgery, and can be used for non-invasive assessment of contractile reserve of left ventricle of heart in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy. A radionuclidean equilibrium tomoventriculography with 99mTc-pyrophosphate is performed in 5-minute series at rest and against a background of pharmacological stress test with dobutamine. Pharmacological stress test with dobutamine is characterized by successive increasing dobutamine infusions in doses 5, 10, 15 mcg/kg/min for 5 minutes each. Dynamics of global left heart ventricular contractility is calculated. Dobutamine dose 15 mcg/kg/min with increase in left ventricular ejection fraction more than 17 % and peak ejection rate from the left ventricle of the heart by more than 25 % EDV/s as compared to their initial values, the left ventricular contractility reserve is evaluated as preserved.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy and reduced analysis time by conducting radionuclidean equilibrium tomoventriculography with 99 mTc-pyrophosphate in 5-minute series at rest and against a background of increasing stepped pharmacological load with addition of dobutamine.
