FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to meat industry, namely to methods of animal blood treatment, namely to methods of dry blood production. Blood is collected successively from several animals. Blood is transferred into the container of the haemopump through the pipeline system by means of a peristaltic pump. Blood is defibrinated by mixing it in a sump container by means of a stirrer after the volume of blood in the sump collector reaches the volume of the closing blade of the above stirrer rotating at 2,000–2,500 rpm. Purified blood is heated to +60 degrees Celsius for 1–1.5 hours and the purified blood is drained into a receiving container. Then lyophilic drying is performed by freezing purified blood to a temperature of not less than -35 °C in combination with vacuum treatment, after which dried blood is ground to 50–70 mcm.
EFFECT: enabling increase of the amount of a suitable product with observance of its sterility standards.
