Disclosed is a power supply voltage control method, which includes steps of providing a first periodic signal by applying a reference voltage to oscillation generator (120), providing a second periodic signal by applying voltage (VOUT) to supply voltage source to oscillation generator (120), providing first counter value (140) by measuring first periods of first periodic signal, providing second counter value (150) by measuring second periods of second periodic signal and comparing first counter value (140) with counter second value (150), wherein the voltage source is a voltage regulator and wherein the input voltage of the voltage regulator is stored when the first counter value and the second counter value are the same, or correcting the input voltage of the voltage regulator when the first counter value and the second counter value are not matched.
EFFECT: enabling control of supply voltage.
