FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for the manufacture of membrane with facilitated transfer and a method for the manufacture of a hollow-fiber membrane module with facilitated transfer for separation of olefins and paraffins, in particular for separation of C3 = /C3 and C2 = /C2. The method for the manufacture of membrane includes stages of a) application of the first layer of water-soluble chitosan polymer containing ammonia groups to a surface of a surface layer of a membrane base, where the membrane base is a nano-porous membrane base containing water-insoluble polymer containing ester groups or hydroxyl groups, and it has an average pore diameter of less than 10 nm on the surface of the surface layer of membrane, b) immersion of the water-soluble chitosan polymer layer containing ammonia groups on the specified membrane base into an aqueous solution of silver (I) salt directly without preliminary treatment of the water-soluble chitosan polymer layer with a sodium hydroxide solution during the specified process of formation of membrane with facilitated transfer, and c) subsequent removal of any excess of the aqueous solution of silver (I) salt from the resulting membrane with facilitated transfer. The method for the manufacture of the hollow-fiber membrane module with facilitated transfer includes at a stage a) manufacture of a hollow-fiber module of the membrane base, covered with water-soluble chitosan polymer, using the membrane base covered with water-soluble chitosan in the form of hollow fiber and gas-impermeable glue, where the membrane base is the nano-porous membrane base containing water-insoluble polymer containing ester groups or hydroxyl groups, and it has an average pore diameter of less than 10 nm on the surface of the surface layer of membrane.

EFFECT: provision of a method for the production of highly permeable and highly selective membranes with facilitated transfer, stable relatively to the efficiency in processes of separation of olefins and paraffins.
