FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for isomerisation of hydrocarbons, involving: providing a first hydrocarbon feedstock containing hydrocarbons having from 5 to 7 carbon atoms; separation into fractions of the first hydrocarbon material to form a first separated stream containing hydrocarbons with 5–6 carbon atoms and containing benzene, and a second separated stream containing hydrocarbons with 7 carbon atoms; contacting the first separated stream with a catalyst for saturating benzene in benzene saturation conditions to form an intermediate stream containing cyclohexane; isomerising said intermediate stream in the presence of a first isomerisation catalyst and hydrogen in first isomerisation conditions in a first isomerisation zone to form a first isomerised stream; wherein before intermediate flow isomerisation said intermediate flow is passed into first evaporation drum for separation of head stream of first evaporation drum containing butane and more low-boiling hydrocarbons and gases; and isomerisation of second separated stream in presence of second isomerisation catalyst and hydrogen in second isomerisation conditions in second isomerisation zone to form second isomerised stream, wherein the first isomerisation zone is separate from the second isomerisation zone and the first isomerisation conditions differ from the second isomerisation conditions. Invention also relates to a device.
EFFECT: invention enables separate and efficient isomerisation.
