FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device relates to instrument-making and is intended for measurement of flow rate of gas and liquid fuel media. Ultrasonic flow sensor of gas and liquid fuel media comprises pseudorandom sequence generator 1, harmonic oscillation generator 2, phase manipulator 3, amplifiers 4, 8 and 14, radiator 5, pipeline 6, receiving element 7, controlled delay unit 9, differentiator 10, multiplier 11, correlator 12, low-pass filter 13 and flow rate indicator 15.

EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring velocity of moving particles in a pipeline of a given range by using a derivative of the autocorrelation function (dR(τ))/dτ and complex signals with phase manipulation.
