FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment of railway transport. Diesel locomotive with system of power supply of passenger cars, including inter-solid vehicle connection, power supply cable of passenger train and auxiliary synchronous generator with one low-voltage and two high-voltage three-phase windings connected to rectifiers of power supply. Rectifier plants are connected in parallel and connected to the first and second contacts of block parts of detachable connections located on locomotive ends. In-between-well connection is made in form of four-wire cable assembly with detachable connections, in which first and second contacts on each side of cable assembly are electrically connected to third and fourth contacts on the other side, respectively. Power cable of passenger train is made in the form of cable assembly, first and fourth contacts on each side of cable assembly are electrically connected to first and fourth contacts on the other side, respectively, and second and third contacts of detachable connection are connected to each other.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of power supply system of passenger cars with provision of uniform loading of high-voltage windings of auxiliary generators.
