SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, immunology and medicine. What is presented is a preparation of an anti-cancer vaccine in the form of a tape for use in inducing cellular immunity against cancer with overexpression of the WT1 gene. Preparation contains a tape-like substrate and an adhesive layer placed on one side of the substrate. Adhesive layer carries a combination of (i) peptide Db126, (ii) imiquimod, (iii) at least one helper peptide and/or modified helper peptide, myristic acid. Preparation in the form of a tape is applied on a skin of the subject in conditions of weak irritation.

EFFECT: administering the anti-cancer vaccine preparation in the form of a tape containing a WT1 peptide and/or a modified peptide WT1 induces a cell-mediated immune response equivalent or stronger than the immune response induced by the antigen injection.
