SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Transmission device comprises a transmission signal generator, which during operation generates a transmission signal, which includes a legacy preamble, a non-inherited preamble and a data field, wherein non-legacy preamble comprises first signal field and second signal field, second signal field comprises first channel field and second channel field, each of the first channel field and the second channel field comprises a common field which carries resource block allocation (RU) information and a user-specific field that carries allocation information for each user for one or more terminal stations, wherein part of user-specific field of one of first channel field and second channel field, depending on that which is longer than other channel field along length before addition of filling bits, is moved to other channel field; and transmitter, which during operation transmits generated transmission signal.

EFFECT: technical result is flexible frequency scheduling while reducing increase in service load for control signalling.
