FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for machining small-diameter holes, for example, perforations in blades from heat-resistant alloys by removing defective layer by electrochemical treatment. Method includes burning holes on the blade by electro erosion or laser method with subsequent electrochemical removal in the formed perforations of the defective surface layer, movement of the tool electrode along the inner surface of the perforation holes, at connection of blade to anode, and electrode-tool to cathode. Electrode-tool used is porous granules of dielectric material impregnated with electrolyte, which provides electroconductivity of granules without formation of electrolyte film on their external surfaces, having dimensions from 3 to 12 times smaller than cross section of perforated holes. Granules are placed in a container, connected to a cathode, the field of which the treated blade is immersed into granules and provides movement of the granules through the perforation holes of the blade and their inner surface is treated until the defective layer is completely removed from the surface of perforation holes.
EFFECT: higher quality of making perforated holes in blades from heat-resistant alloys and homogeneity of treatment of inner surfaces of said holes.
