FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for machining small-diameter holes, for example, perforations on blades from heat-resistant alloys by removing defect layer by local electrochemical treatment. Proposed method comprises boring holes by means of erosion or laser method with subsequent removal of defective surface layer in formed holes. At that, the blade feather surface is covered with a screen from dielectric material with holes corresponding to shape and arrangement to formed perforated holes, with the cross-section area of each hole of the screen not less than the cross-section area of the perforated hole sutured through the hole of the hole, the holes are burned and, without removing the shield from the blade, the defective surface layer is removed by electrochemical treatment, and after removal of the defective surface layer, the screen is removed.

EFFECT: higher quality and uniformity of treatment of perforated holes inner surfaces due to uniform removal of defective surface layer by electrochemical treatment.
