FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine and can be used for simulating bone tissue defects for studying soft tissues refixation to porous titanium implants using additive technologies. Longitudinal bone defect is formed in the area of the proximal metaepiphysis of the shin more medially from the point of attachment of the patellar tendon. Titanium porous implant is implanted therein, allowing to fix tendon tissue thereto. Fibers of the patellar proper ligament are layered and formed of two portions, fixed to an absorbable suture material towering over the bone surface of the titanium implant.
EFFECT: method provides the most reliable assessment of tendon, ligamentous and bone structure integration processes in titanium implants.
