SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data analysis, namely to identification of conflict of interests. Method of evaluating a transaction between companies on the subject of conflicts of interest, which involves searching for intersections in the profiles of employees of the first company and employees of a second company, for each profile of the employee of the first company, the force of communication with each profile of the employee of the second company with which the intersection was detected is evaluated, the probability of collusion for the transaction is determined for each detected crossing based on the obtained value of assessing the communication force of the employee of the first company with the employee of the second company, risk of conflict of interests in a transaction between the first company and the second company is estimated based on the resulting probability of collusion of all found intersections.
EFFECT: technical result is automation and acceleration of transaction evaluation process for presence of conflict of interests.
