FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to methods of health-improving effect on human organism. That is ensured by manual manipulation of tissues and peripheral nerves. Exposure is carried out in two steps, each consisting of 3-4 repetitive actions. At the first stage each exposure includes pressing by hands on a muscle, a ligament or fascia, passing above a nerve, with subsequent stretching of a muscle, ligament or fascia within the elastic barrier of tissues proximally and distally, and displacement of muscle, ligament or fascia within the elastic tissue barrier clockwise and counter clockwise. Retention of tissues to their relaxation, and then repeated tissue displacement clockwise and counter clockwise. At the second stage, the nerve is stretched and stretched in the distal direction within the elastic barrier of the tissues with one hand while holding the other tissues surrounding the nerve until they are relaxed.
EFFECT: method provides effective improvement of neurodynamics of peripheral nerves due to retention within certain time interval of tissues surrounding peripheral nerves in places of anatomical narrowing before and after exposure to this or that nerve.
