FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of manual health-improving practice based on activation of internal health-improving processes, and can be used in medicine for improvement of general condition of human body. According to the given method preliminary examination of the client includes search of painful trigger points and two-stage manual updating of the zones characterized by increase of firmness in a muscle on the front surface of the client's body. Rehabilitation procedures are carried out in three stages, the first of which involves compression actions on painful trigger points and body areas, characterized by increased stiffness in the muscle, by pressure on them within the elastic barrier of the body to sensation of minimal resistance of body tissues, at the second stage, creases of skin folds with subcutaneous fat are performed at their moderate compression and linear back and forth movement of operator's fingers along the front surface of the body in the specified sequence, and on the third stage elastic tapes are glued along the specified trajectories.
EFFECT: method provides improved overall physical state and improved adaptive body reserves without injury probability.
