FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of sealing fixed joints. An annular cavity is formed between outer 1 and inner 2 sealed parts. In annular cavity there are sealing rings 3, between rings O-rings 4 are installed. Sealing and lamp rings are compressed by pressure ring 5. In outer sealed part channels 6 are pre-made to connect outer surface with annular cavity at installation of lamp rings. Channels 6 are connected by means of nipple connections 7 by supply pipelines 8 equipped with pressure control devices 9 and shutoff valves 10, with pressure pipeline 11 of hydraulic station 12 of auxiliary fluid. O-rings 3 are made with mounting surfaces for lamp rings. Lantern rings 4 are made in the form of cylindrical bushings with holes in the wall. Lantern rings are installed and centred on seating surfaces of O-rings 3 so that annular cavity is divided between pair of O-rings at external and internal annular chambers. In inner sealed part 2 channels 13 are made, which connect outer surface with annular cavity in places of lantern rings 3. Channels 13 of inner sealed part are tightly connected by means of nipple connections 7 with discharge pipelines 14 equipped with shutoff valves 10, with receiving pipeline 15 of hydraulic station 12. In order to change direction of auxiliary fluid flow, supply pipelines 8 can be tightly connected with channels 13 of internal sealed part 2, and discharge pipelines 14 – with channels 6 of external sealed part.

EFFECT: invention increases service life of seal and ensures control of its tightness without filling main pipelines and reservoirs of large capacity with sealed medium.
