Data are stored in a database located in a central server. Data of user location and time are received from location identifier. Locations of one or more unavailable or unauthorized car parks are identified to identify one or more potentially accessible permitted parking locations. User is notified about the recommended available authorized parking and the data on the expanded parking in the database are updated.
EFFECT: providing assistance to user in determination of potentially available authorized parking.
