Method of transmitting information disclosed in the present invention includes: sending, by a network device, a broadcast frame which includes first duration information and second duration information relating to the A-BFT; receiving a frame sent by a first user device in a time slot randomly selected from a first time range; and receiving a frame sent by the second user device in a time slot randomly selected from the second time range.
