FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing method of flexible package of compressible type. Method comprises steps of: providing a first seal extending across a flexible container filler channel, and providing a second seal extending across the flexible package filler channel. Second seal overlaps said first seal, resulting in a composite seal comprising an upper portion made by a first sealing unit, an intermediate portion made by the first and second sealing units, and a lower portion made by the second sealing unit. Method further comprises a step of setting operating parameters, including a time parameter, a temperature parameter and a pressure parameter, to provide a first seal and to provide a second seal so as to obtain a seal characteristic in an upper portion and a lower portion below a threshold value, and also to obtain in the intermediate portion a seal characteristic equal to or greater than a threshold value.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by the invention consists in an efficient method of sealing packages and providing reliable sealing on packages.
