SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hybrid transport facility. Launch controller used in hybrid system comprises drive control section, which automatically stops engine and limits volume of air sucked into it, stopping fuel injection, at meeting specified condition and section of detection of angle of crankshaft turn stop, when engine stops automatically. Drive control section is configured such that if the stop angle is outside the range of the crankshaft turn angle, in which it is possible to restart the engine by cranking the crankshaft by a motor generator, crankshaft turns by means of motor-generator or restart engine, resuming fuel injection to engine before period of negative pressure in cylinder, defined as period of time, in which pressure in cylinder is negative relative to barometric pressure, passes after beginning of automatic engine shutdown.
