FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for recording information using optical means and can be used in microelectronics to encode and protect products. Method includes applying a thin film coating to the substrate, positioning the radiation source relative to the substrate using a positioning system, the direction of the radiation source through the focusing system and the thermal action on said substrate. Substrate is made of a ceramic plate, the thin film coating is based on a silver-palladium compound and palladium oxide, and the thermal action on the substrate is carried out in a hydrogen-containing medium.
EFFECT: simplification of the image imaging process while increasing the reliability of recording information.
