METHOD FOR DETERMINING DEPTH OF MYOCARDIAL NECROSIS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME WITH ST SEGMENT ELEVATION Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/92 G01N33/68 G01N33/49 G01N27/26

Abstract RU 2699276 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used to determine the depth of myocardial necrosis by a set of parameters in patients with acute coronary syndrome with ST segment elevation (ACSeST). Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL cholesterol), triglycerides (TG), troponin I in blood, percentage of inactive erythrocytes (PIE) in relation to the electric field are determined. A myocardial necrosis depth (MND) index is calculated by the formula MND = A × 0.35 + B × 0.059 + C × 0.094 + D × 0.014-4.107, where MND is the depth of myocardial necrosis; A - LDL cholesterol/mmol; B - level of TG in blood MND/l; C - level of troponin I in blood ng/ml; D - PIE in relation to electric field. If, when calculating using the MND formula, a positive number is obtained, the development of a myocardial infarction (MI) with a pathological QS is predicted, and if negative, the MI with a Q wave is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides early prediction of myocardial necrosis depth in ACSeST patients by using effective and public diagnostic techniques.
