FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology. Clinico-functional signs of cerebral venous disturbances and their point score are separated, values of the selected values are evaluated on a point scale according to the table "Quantitative assessment of the degree of cerebral venous discirculation (VD) in ischemic stroke": cephalgic syndrome (Ce), asthenic syndrome (As), vestibulo-ataxic syndrome (Va), facial swelling in the morning (O), vein and neck vein (Rv), venous-arterial balance by ultrasonic duplex scanning of brachiocephalic vessels (Vab), obtained points are summed up and degree of manifestation of cerebral VD: 0 points – absence of cerebral venous disorders; 1–6 points – mild cerebral VD; 7–12 points – moderate cerebral VD; 13–18 points – expressed cerebral VD.
EFFECT: invention provides a quantitative assessment of the method in order to increase its accuracy, expand the range of means for assessing the degree of manifestation of cerebral VD with ischemic stroke.
