FIELD: lighting engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic light-emitting diodes, solar or photovoltaic cells, daylight windows, light-removing substrates, substrates with modified friction surface and methods of their production. System for applying float glass coating comprises at least one nanoparticle coating application unit arranged in float bath, and at least one coating application unit by vapor deposition located downstream of said at least one nanoparticle coating application plant.
EFFECT: increasing the fraction of sunlight which is absorbed near the photovoltaic semiconductor junction in order to increase the efficiency of the photovoltaic device, possibility of obtaining two or more layers of coating or functional areas of the device in a continuous method, modification of the friction coefficient of the substrate, as well as shorter duration of the process and reduced labour intensity.
