FIELD: physics; lighting technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic light-emitting diodes, solar or photovoltaic cells, daylight windows, light-emitting substrates, substrates with surface of modified friction and methods of their production. Light-emitting substrate has a glass substrate having a first surface, a second surface and an edge. Light-emitting substrate also contains a first region with nanoparticles contained in said substrate and containing first nanoparticles which are completely surrounded by said substrate. Besides, the light-emitting substrate contains the second area with nanoparticles located near the first surface and/or the second surface. Second area with nanoparticles contains the second nanoparticles. At least a portion of the second nanoparticles are completely surrounded by a substrate.
EFFECT: simplification of the process, reduction of time labour costs, provision of possibility and obtaining of two or more layers of coating or functional areas of the device in a continuous method, and not in a periodical process, as well as possibility of modification of the friction coefficient of the substrate.
