FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to three-phase reactors operating with boiling bed. Disclosed is a device for limiting entrainment of solid particles, configured to be installed inside a reactor with a three-phase fluidised bed, having a first level of solid phase, corresponding to expansion of this solid phase inside the liquid phase, and a second liquid phase level located above the first level, which substantially does not contain solid particles, wherein the device is configured to be located between the two levels and is formed by a set of flat or truncated cone plates arranged vertically one above the other in several rows, wherein the device maximum cross-section ranges from 1-fold to 10-fold cross-section of the outlet of the reactor effluent with a fluidised bed.
EFFECT: invention provides destruction of large bubbles of gas phase contained in liquid phase, and it is possible to minimize entrainment of solid particles with this gas phase outside of reactor, as well as to carry out processes with surface gas velocities exceeding normal velocities, without increasing loss of solid catalyst, thereby improving efficiency of plant.
