FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food and pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for production of a fruit-and-berry extract having antioxidant activity. Method of producing fruit-and-berry extract with antioxidant activity consists in grinding fruits, water-and-alcohol extraction, wherein chokeberry or raspberries are milled, enzymic hydrolysis is carried out for 120 minutes at 50 °C, extracted with 75 % ethyl alcohol, in the extraction process, ultrasonic radiation is used, under certain conditions.
EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain an extract with pronounced antioxidant activity.
