SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Willow herb is extracted with 75 % ethyl alcohol with hydromodule 1:10. Treated by ultrasonic radiation with oscillation frequency of 35 kHz at t = 40 ± 5 °C for 90 ± 10 min to obtain an extract.
EFFECT: invention provides preparing the extract with high antioxidant and anticarcinogenic activity.
