SUBSTANCE: vehicle seat equipped with side airbag device includes: pressure pump located on outer side in direction of vehicle width relative to side frame; an inner chamber arranged inside the side portion and configured to be inflated and unfolded to a part of the person occupying the body from the outer side in the width direction of the vehicle to receive gas from the injection pump; an external chamber arranged inside the side part and configured to be inflated and unfolded towards the outer side in the direction of the width of the vehicle and the front side relative to the vehicle relative to the inner chamber as to receiving gas; and a diffuser arranged inside the side portion and configured to feed gas into the inner chamber from the first inlet formed in the peripheral wall of the diffuser when the delivery pump is actuated.

EFFECT: providing both improvement of characteristics of initial retention of occupying person, and reduced probability of its injury.
