FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: human melanoma cell line mel Kor-TurboRFP possess the stable cultural and morphological characteristics. The cell line is characterised by the expression of melanoma (differentiation) markers -CD63, HMB45, MelanA, Tyrozinase, the absence of class one and two histocompatibility antigens. The cell line is characterised by the expression of red fluorescent protein TurboRFP. The survivor tumour cell count is evaluated after the effect of anti-cancer preparations by measuring the intrinsic fluorescence intensity of the cells mel Kor-TurboRFP in microplate wells.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficacy and reliability of investigations of anti-cancer preparations.
