SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Spoke retainer for transosseous osteosynthesis contains a rod and a nut that fixes the rod on the support of the hardware structure. Stem consists of a threaded and smooth part. On smooth part perpendicular to the axis of the rod is a through hole for the spoke. Length of the threaded part of the rod is made equal to the sum of the height of the support of the hardware structure and the height of the nut that fixes the rod. Diameter of the spokes for osteosynthesis and the diameter of the shaft of the spoke retainer are made from a ratio of 3:5, 4:6, 5:8 mm, respectively.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in mechanical strength of the spoke retainer and its performance characteristics, as well as simplification of the process of performing transosseous osteosynthesis.
