SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to cancer screening methods, such as cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, colon cancer, endometrial cancer, sarcoma, breast cancer. Methods include the following stages: providing a sample for detection; detecting the methylation status of the CpG sequence in the target POU4F3 gene in the genome DNA of the sample, where the blizzard status is detected by a pair of primers having the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 20-21, and optionally detecting the methylation status of the CpG sequence in at least one gene selected from ADRA1D, AJAP1, HS3ST2, MAGI2, POU4F2, PTGDR, SOX17 and SYT9, in the sample genomic DNA; detecting the presence of cancer or pretumor changes in the target gene hypermethylation in the sample.

EFFECT: invention enables detection of cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, colonic cancer, breast cancer, endometrial cancer, as well as sarcoma with high levels of sensitivity and specificity, which simplifies detection of a sample with deviations from normal.
