SUBSTANCE: method comprises determining the status of genomic methylation of CpG dinucleotides in each sequence from the group of sequences SEQ ID NO.1-SEQ ID NO.10, obtained from the samples of human mammary gland tissue, the introduction of one or more test results to determine the methylation status in the classifier obtained based on diagnostic polyvariative model constructed on the basis of a database on mammary gland and the group of sequences SEQ ID NO.1-10. Then the probability of the fact that the sample was obtained from normal tissue or breast cancer tissue is calculated, and the associated value p for reliability in the forecast is calculated. The matrix contains no more than 100 different nucleic acid molecules and comprises nucleic acids with sequences that are identical to DNA sequences corresponding to SEQ ID NO.1-SEQ ID NO.10.
EFFECT: invention enables to identify effectively, diagnose, treat and monitor cell-proliferative mammary gland diseases, and to determine the susceptibility to cell-proliferative mammary gland diseases.
