where Vlv - volume of left ventricle in ml, Vla - volume of left atrium in ml - in phase of diastole. If value of RIlhc less than 2.38, predicting left ventricular dysfunction with high pro-rhythmogenic risk and development of stress cardiomyopathy.

EFFECT: method provides prediction and detection in sportsmen of pathological changes from cardiovascular system, as well as simplification and reduction of prediction time while maintaining objectivity of the method by developing Doppler-independent echocardiographic parameters.
