FIELD: physics; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of electrochromic devices. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the electrochromic foot fabrication method involves: formation of a cathode-dyed layer containing a cathode-dyed electrochromic material; and formation of anodically coloured layer containing nickel-tungsten-tantalum (NiWTaO) oxide.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of improving stability over time, switching speed and optical properties.
