FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pharmacology, and can be used to assess oligonucleotide affinity to a target. That is ensured by oligonucleotide labeling with fluorochrome. Labeled oligonucleotide is then contacted with the receptor target on the cell surface. Photoregistration of the obtained sample is then carried out using a fluorescent microscope. Optical density of the coloring region of the inverted images is measured and compared with the negative control. Affinity of the oligonucleotide is then calculated for the target.

EFFECT: invention provides selection of the most highly affinity oligonucleotides to target molecules on cell surface for marking cells and tissues.
