FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for reducing proliferation and inducing differentiation of human tumour cells in glioma therapy. Grade III and IV glioma cells are exposed to an aptamer having the sequence GGGTGGGTGGGTGGGTTTGGGTGGGTGGGTGGG, then every second day neuroinducer factors SB431542 and LDN-193189 are added, Purmorphamine is added on 5th day, and BDNF is added on 7th day.

EFFECT: method enables reducing proliferation of high-grade human glioma tumour cells, in particular, by 85,7–94,1% in case of grade IV gliomas, by 96,5% in case of grade III glioma, and also enables to reduce expression of stemness markers.
